This gear was my late Grandpa Sam's.  The peones are the old style that go around your finger.  The newer style go around your wrist.  There are suppose to be 15 pollitoes (counting sticks) but my Grandpa has a couple extra, you know, just in case.

These are the counting sticks used to keep score.  The stick s pass back and forth between the teams

 

Here are the peones.  In theory they are made from coyote bones, but I am not too sure about that.  The black one here is made from wood.
